I recommend 2 products to reduce swelling and/or bruising:

Bromelain(http://www.affordable-natural-factors.com and Arnica Montana(www.boiron.com) until all bruising is gone.

These products can be purchased on-line or at any health food store.

In my practice, I have found Restylane, Radiesse,
Juvederm,  and Preville Silk the most reliable and most cost-effective tissue fillers.  Often patients who are not quite ready for a facelift or browlift can get instant improvement with  these substances.

 Restylane and Juvederm are softer, clear in color and able to be placed directly under the skin.  Radiesse is used in deep folds or as a volume filler.  Preville Silk can be used anywhere on the face but is optimal for superficial fine lines.

A combination of these fillers can create amazing results and slow down the aging process in the face.
